Joleen, a doctor of chiropractic, especially loves the first call with a new participant: "I always tell people, 'Make me earn your trust,' she says. "My goal is to get them to share one small thing, one little golden nugget we can use to start building the relationship."
Starr, an RN with a master's degree in human development, had always longed to help people learn to help themselves. MOBE's approach is "Directly in line with what I really in my heart wanted to do," she says.
Jeremiah, a doctor of chiropractic, says of his work as a MOBE Guide, "With each new participant, it's always exciting to think of what's going to happen over the coming weeks and months. I'm so excited to begin this journey with them as we look at literally changing their life for the better."
Karen guides with a background in education and athletic training. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be a witness when people realize that they hold the key,” says Karen. “It’s a magical moment. They start looking at life in a different way. They start recovering. They start enjoying life again.”
Rob has a passion for helping patients in chronic pain, having had two injuries of his own. As a doctor of chiropractic, Rob guides people to heal by making healthy choices—the same way he does for himself. “Being a MOBE Guide is like being the key that starts a person’s ignition,” he says.
